Winter has definitely arrived in the Catlins with a cold southerly blast that sent everyone searching their wardrobes for booties gloves and any other piece of rubber they could find! Treated to two sizey swells this month heres a few highlights . A few images from day one , wished I could of been there for the finals !! Krystle and Rick came down from Dunedin to model for me at the mouth. The idea , to mess about with light and get some wedding type shots .Very grateful for Krystle donning her wedding dress in less than desirable weather and for Rick smashing on the suit Hope you guys like them! Chur The start of Febuary was kind to us in The Catlins and Waitangi weekend seen the first decent swell for the year. Pumping barrels and vicious beatings were standard with local guys right amongst it . Look forward to the next pulse! |
